To Benefit: Summer Search Boston

Summer Search is a national leadership development program that helps low-income youth graduate high school, go to college, gain successful careers, and give back to society.

Summer Search finds resilient low-income high-school students and inspires them to become responsible altruistic leaders by providing life-changing summer experiences, year-round mentoring, college advising, and a lasting support network. After three years of participation in Summer Search, 100% of their students graduated high school, 93% go on to attend college and 89% of those in college graduate.

Proceeds from MF Boston's event will fund scholarships for Summer Search students and cover the complete costs of their education, physically active summer experiences including travel, program expenses and all necessary gear.
